P2E Registration

There are 2 forms on this page.  First form is to register your unit.  Once a Scout has selected their merit badges, please fill out the second form for each Scout as well.  Payments will need to made via PayPal.  If on mobile site, please scroll down as their are 2 separate forms to fill out.

Full weekend registrations are $50 and Saturday only registration is $40.

Please send PayPal payments to p2e@pathwaystoeagle.com.  Note there is a calculator below the unit registration form that will allow you to determine the full cost for your unit's registration.

Scouts are not assigned to merit badges until Unit Registration & Scout Registration forms below are filled out and payment is made.

Note: If you have an adult volunteering to be a merit badge counselor and is also registering for the full weekend, please take $10 off of that individual registration.


Unit Registration 

Please use this form to register for the event.  Registration will need to be done as a unit.

Please also fill out the Scout registration form as well as this form.  Both are required to complete registration.

Individual Scout Registration (Class Selections)

Please fill out this form for Scouts to select their merit badges and any allergies or food allergies after the unit registration form has been completed (Both Forms Need to Be Completed).  Once both forms have been completed, we will send out a summary sheet that lists class assignments.  Classes do have a limit on size and will be filled on a first come first serve basis.  Please be mindful that some classes do require 2 periods to complete.  This form will need to be filled out for each Scout.  You will need to refresh the webpage to fill out a new form for each Scout.

We will be using Scoutbook for counselors to log requirements.  It will be up to the unit to assign merit badge counselors to each Scout.  The counselor info will be provided closer to the event date.
